Orders and cancellations

By placing an order with Pauthes Exotic Home Design, you agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including any applicable delivery charges. An order is not confirmed as paid until payment has been successfully received.

To request a cancellation, email @gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will confirm whether it can be cancelled and arrange a refund of any payment received. If it has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return and refund policy for return eligibility and instructions. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
